How to Speed Up Your Reading — Yet Improve Your Retention

I achieved an improvement in my reading speed and also developed some increased retention. The course was very engaging.

The course provided me with a better understanding about how to increase my reading speed, what I could expect and what I could achieve.

Over the course of a morning I actually doubled my reading speed without losing comprehension. I know I have to keep working at it, but it’s great to know I can do it.

I truly believe this is the best course I have ever done.

Introduction

This course is aimed at the many people in organisations who have large amounts of written information to read, process and take action on. Including emails, many of us spend up to 30% of our working day reading. This speed reading workshop aims to provide everyone who reads at work with the skills to significantly increase their reading speed, while also improving their comprehension and memory of what they have read. Even increasing our reading speed by 100 words a minute will considerably improve our retention and overall productivity.

By the end of this course, participants will understand what happens in our brains when we read and how we may better process and remember information. They will discover new, speedier and more efficient ways of reading, which they will be able to use immediately in their workplace.
